New York style bagels - sound good?
Bagels are made fresh each Saturday morning in the New York style. Hand rolled, boiled then baked to create that unique NY bagel delicious chewy taste and texture. Each bagel is made from scratch, no added oil, sugar, preservatives, flour treatments or bread improvers.

Italian style focaccia
Perfectly fermented dough that produces a risen finish great for your favourite sandwich or burger filling or just right to eat. Each focaccia is topped with olive oil and a mix of quality toppings to create a fantastic tasting treat.
Cakes, Muffins and Cookies
If you're after a sweet fix we have some very special occasion cakes such as the Bourbon MudCake and the moist Carrot and Cream Cheese Cake, as well as special cookies and slices. and muffins like the Raspberry and Choc muffins. Generally these treats are just available at the markets, but whole cakes can be ordered for special requests.
